After 12 minutes of play, Nacional's Grabiel Escorcia made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florencio Cutberto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juaneizu Merida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Linqvist in the 17th minute of the match. Mats Linqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Juaneizu Merida made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Mats Linqvist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juaneizu Merida. That made the score 1-1 in the 20 minute of play. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Santiago Mattin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Camilo Candido, made in the 23rd minute of the game. Florencio Cutberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Sha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Grabiel Escorcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grabiel Escorcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camilo Candido made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joseph Gayoso however managed to control. Juaneizu Merida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mats Linqvist in the 41st minute. Santiago Mattin hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Grabiel Escorcia took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florencio Cutberto. Florencio Cutberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Grabiel Escorcia scored 1-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Florencio Cutberto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nacional were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mats Linqvist to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Grabiel Escorcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florencio Cutberto was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Florencio Cutberto made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Joseph Gayoso sent off a good shot on target. The SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nacional's performance. The match ended with a win for Nacional.
