Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Horaţiu Bacalbașa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. 6 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Brudzisz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Bacardi Black Bats's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Artur Brudzisz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Brudzisz. Artur Brudzisz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Brudzisz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Brudzisz having to interfere. The supporters of Mexico booed when Bacardi Black Bats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Calçada didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Artur Brudzisz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. After 34 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. Horaţiu Bacalbașa struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bacardi Black Bats. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Brudzisz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute Horaţiu Bacalbașa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. In the 61st minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Luca Zorita hit a great ball. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Bacardi Black Bats made a substitution. In the 70th minute Moisés Queiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Brudzisz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wojciech Grunwalski charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Luca Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artur Brudzisz quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mexico had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
