With a couple of smart ball manuevers Themistoklis Gounaris in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Ekberg saved IFK Gladdarna from getting behind. Bogdan Udrişte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kurt Ekberg having to make a save. Bogdan Udrişte's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kurt Ekberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match FC ZARZECZE got a corner. IFK Gladdarna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edgar Neacșu ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 15th minute Bogdan Udrişte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Ekberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC ZARZECZE's Zenon Trzemzalski got control of the ball when Emil Trulsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, FC ZARZECZE's Bogdan Udrişte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kurt Ekberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Simon Kvarnström's late challenge caught a FC ZARZECZE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Kvarnström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 28thth minute of the game Bogdan Udrişte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Gladdarna's Kurt Ekberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of FC ZARZECZE booed when IFK Gladdarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Trulsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to IFK Gladdarna getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Simon Kvarnström hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Bogdan Udrişte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kurt Ekberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After the first half FC ZARZECZE were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 minutes of play, FC ZARZECZE's Bogdan Udrişte made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kurt Ekberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 64 minutes into the match, IFK Gladdarna's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Udrişte came free, but Kurt Ekberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 minutes IFK Gladdarna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgar Neacșu who took care of the corner kick. Bogdan Udrişte had several of the IFK Gladdarna's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Kurt Ekberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 75th minute Bogdan Udrişte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Ekberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zenon Trzemzalski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Trulsson's shot from short distance in the 78th minute.
