With an all-out effort, Tango en Miami FC's Willem-Jan Steuckens threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberto Norman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Graham Kearney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Willem-Jan Steuckens successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Scotty Estrada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Willem-Jan Steuckens. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Willem-Jan Steuckens should have stopped the shot. Scotty Estrada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Willem-Jan Steuckens made a huge save. Graig Davenport took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Parmentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scotty Estrada hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 31 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Gilian Weynants. Willem-Jan Steuckens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Norman in the 35th minute of play. Scotty Estrada in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Willem-Jan Steuckens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Francisco Temple was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilian Weynants during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The wind increased when Bartjan Parmentier made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Bartjan Parmentier managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Paal-Tervant's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartjan Parmentier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Graig Davenport breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Willem-Jan Steuckens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Graham Kearney in the 56th minute of the match. Tango en Miami FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bartjan Parmentier 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Willem-Jan Steuckens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scotty Estrada in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Aime Bernage got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Willem-Jan Steuckens came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tango en Miami FC's Scotty Estrada. But to his dismay, Scotty Estrada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Norman in the 66th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Willem-Jan Steuckens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Scotty Estrada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem-Jan Steuckens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Graham Kearney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willem-Jan Steuckens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scotty Estrada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niki Van Hoeyvelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niki Van Hoeyvelt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Gilian Weynants got a free kick in the 85th minute. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Francisco Temple hit a great ball. In the 89th minute, Scotty Estrada made a precise shot to the right of Willem-Jan Steuckens. KFC Paal-Tervant's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 93rd minute, Adolf van Goetsenhoven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tango en Miami FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
