The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Fabelo got free with Feliks Dec in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute Bogdan Rywin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anderson Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Roch Mikulski fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grasshoppers Klucze's protests and gave Roch Mikulski a yellow card for diving instead. Fae Folgore's Dariusz Kluczyk was substituted for João do Nascimento. After 43 played minutes Grasshoppers Klucze got a freekick which was hit by Roch Mikulski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Fabelo got free with Feliks Dec in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Grasshoppers Klucze's Bogdan Rywin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anderson Trigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Grasshoppers Klucze booed when Fae Folgore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Fabelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
