But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilian Weynants couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nickolas Van Turnhout in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel Björkdahl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the match, Emil Trulsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Willem-Jan Steuckens. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emil Trulsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 77th match minute, IFK Gladdarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Ahlroth to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Björkdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nickolas Van Turnhout in the 84th minute of the match. If Bartjan Parmentier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willem-Jan Steuckens made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Arenstedt in the 92nd minute. After 95 played minutes IFK Gladdarna got a freekick which was hit by Niklas Lindfors. IFK Gladdarna played a much better game than KFC Paal-Tervant and deserved their victory. The KFC Paal-Tervant players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
