Otto Hermansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duke Levy in the 6th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Newcastle United FC's zone, Duke Levy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otto Hermansson came out of the goal and Duke Levy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claes Ahlroht took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernard Niemojewski. Bernard Niemojewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Dreamland's goal looked a bit too open when Claes Ahlroht came free, but Bernard Niemojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herman Mellbad hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The supporters of Newcastle United FC booed when Dreamland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Mohammad in the 21st minute of play forced Dreamland's goalkeeper Bernard Niemojewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dreamland's Bernard Niemojewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Dreamland from getting a goal against them. Bernard Niemojewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Mohammad in the 27th minute. Dreamland's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Marko Gustavsson scored to the left of an out of position Bernard Niemojewski, making the score, 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Dreamland's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Olofsson came free, but Bernard Niemojewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Newcastle United FC's Nichifor Crivoi tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Max Mohammad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Bernard Niemojewski made a huge save. Dreamland's Duke Levy got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marko Gustavssons short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Bernard Niemojewski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Newcastle United FC booed when Dreamland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Newcastle United FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
