Dan Van Caels could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Patrik Linqvist made a huge save. In the last second Patrik Linqvist throw himself and got hold of the ball when Alessandro Del Piero in the 30thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Hubert Gruber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Hubert Gruber notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC's Mino Domene. Mino Domene was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 0-3 became the score in the 44th minute when Hubert Gruber elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After the first half Ryttartorpets FF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ryttartorpets FF made a substitution. Taco Oldenborger replaced Kim Kellbom. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bo Baand was the one to do the kick off. Gabriel Martinelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Mino Domene made a huge save. After 55 minutes, David Bergman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ryttartorpets FF and the JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ryttartorpets FF's David Bergman got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Dan Van Caels came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the JUVENTUS BIANCONERI FC fans jumped to their feet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alessandro Del Piero in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrik Linqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
