Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Max Mohammad started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute of the match Newcastle United FC got a corner. Tango en Miami FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nichifor Crivoi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Nichifor Crivoi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tango en Miami FC's Steven Weken did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernabe Bazo in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otto Hermansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13thth minute of the game Max Mohammad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tango en Miami FC's Steven Weken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lamar MacDonald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tango en Miami FC's goalkeeper Steven Weken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Karl Rosendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steven Weken. Tango en Miami FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl Rosendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th minute Max Mohammad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Weken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izydor Trela in the 24th minute of play forced Newcastle United FC's goalkeeper Otto Hermansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marko Gustavsson in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steven Weken saved Tango en Miami FC from getting behind. In the 35th minute Nichifor Crivoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Weken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Claes Ahlroht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Weken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Newcastle United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Bazo came free, but Otto Hermansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's goal looked a bit too open when Max Mohammad came free, but Steven Weken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Bernabe Bazo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otto Hermansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
50 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's goal looked a bit too open when Max Mohammad came free, but Steven Weken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Steven Weken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Mohammad in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Newcastle United FC got a freekick which was hit by Nichifor Crivoi. Newcastle United FC made a substitution. Florian Liermann replaced Marko Gustavsson. In the 60th minute, Izydor Trela sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Newcastle United FC's Otto Hermansson didn't even have to move. Steven Weken came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Newcastle United FC's Aaron Knutsson. But to his dismay, Aaron Knutsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Otto Hermansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Trela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tango en Miami FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Newcastle United FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Izydor Trela took the corner. Steven Weken made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tord Åström in the 72nd minute. When Newcastle United FC's Lars Olofsson in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tango en Miami FC's goalie prevented a goal. Newcastle United FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nichifor Crivoi in the 74th minute. Steven Weken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Olofsson in the 75th minute of play. Bernabe Bazo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Olofsson in the 78th minute of play forced Tango en Miami FC's goalkeeper Steven Weken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Tango en Miami FC's Steven Weken got control of the ball when Lars Olofsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastian Cuenca struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Otto Hermansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tango en Miami FC. Otto Hermansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miles Person, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miles Person received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Otto Hermansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steven Weken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tord Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Tango en Miami FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Newcastle United FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Newcastle United FC.
