Tõnis Aug charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tõnis Aug the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to JULM C.F. getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Tõnis Aug hit a great ball. Rein Püss made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Vilhelm Mjølner sent off a good shot on target. Villu Suurkaev kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, The Northmen Army's Jack Lundberg got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 22 minutes of play, JULM C.F.'s Volli Eltmaa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emil Hafström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute Volli Elts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hafström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jack Lundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rein Püss having to interfere. Rein Püss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Lindqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Jack Lundberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rein Püss was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Volli Elts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Northmen Army made a substitution. Kent Sandström replaced Pål Wiklund. Tõnis Aug kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Volli Elts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Emil Hafström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Volli Eltmaa in the 67th minute of play forced The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Emil Hafström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Kent Sandström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Northmen Army's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JULM C.F. the free kick. After some careless play in the JULM C.F. defense, Hugo Holmberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rein Püss. The JULM C.F. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rein Püss should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Holmberg in the 74th minute of play forced JULM C.F.'s goalkeeper Rein Püss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rein Püss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Sandström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, JULM C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Hernes to maneuver through the defense. When Volli Eltmaa came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the JULM C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Volli Eltmaa couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the JULM C.F. defense, Hugo Holmberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rein Püss. The JULM C.F. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rein Püss should have stopped the shot. The Northmen Army walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
