The referee showed Wilton Bertassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to MelissaMel getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Wilton Bertassi hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Dagoberto Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Martxelin might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olavo Dionísio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Martxelin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute, Diego Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Dionísio having to interfere. Olavo Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Urko in the 25th minute of play. If Alfonso Urko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olavo Dionísio was a little too slow when Alfonso Urko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 2-0. The supporters of Gelp 22 booed when MelissaMel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willian Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. MelissaMel's Olavo Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Urko in the 44th minute of play. Ilie Oprea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Borges's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Alfonso Urko hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 59th match minute, MelissaMel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Meireles to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Alberto Martxelin made a precise shot to the right of Olavo Dionísio. MelissaMel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 65 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Lesardo came free, but Olavo Dionísio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Alfonso Urko put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Olavo Dionísio. In the 70th minute, Frank Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, Alfonso Urko notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of MelissaMel's Olavo Dionísio. Olavo Dionísio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olavo Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Urko in the 76th minute of play. Olavo Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Urko in the 77th minute of the match. Olavo Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Alfonso Urko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Olavo Dionísio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gelp 22 had played much better football throughout.
