Ludomir Okraszewski started the match with the kick off. Bartjan Parmentier did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Sébastien Marionneau 3 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Astral Roots Gdynia's Sébastien Marionneau got control of the ball when Bartjan Parmentier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Astral Roots Gdynia's goalkeeper Sébastien Marionneau, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sébastien Marionneau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartjan Parmentier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes in the game, Bartjan Parmentier dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Sébastien Marionneau came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Paal-Tervant's Bartjan Parmentier. But to his dismay, Bartjan Parmentier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 23 minutes of play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Luka Dams made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sébastien Marionneau was left in no man's land by his defense there! 27 minutes into the match, Astral Roots Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Bartjan Parmentier came free, but Sébastien Marionneau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Gilian Weynants hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Okropny cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Reinaud De Schutter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sébastien Marionneau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartjan Parmentier's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the game, Andris Ceroux was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Astral Roots Gdynia the free kick. After 34 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Andris Ceroux. Sébastien Marionneau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartjan Parmentier's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 40th minute, Luka Dams got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwenn Preuveneer to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 47 in the game by Bartjan Parmentier from a close distance when the talented Sébastien Marionneau managed to make a qualified save. Astral Roots Gdynia's players were relieved. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sébastien Marionneau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute Bartjan Parmentier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sébastien Marionneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sébastien Marionneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartjan Parmentier in the 68th minute of play. Sébastien Marionneau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartjan Parmentier's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Luka Dams hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartjan Parmentier in the 72nd minute of play forced Astral Roots Gdynia's goalkeeper Sébastien Marionneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Roben Bauweleers came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the KFC Paal-Tervant fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roben Bauweleers couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Franciszek Poling during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes Astral Roots Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Franciszek Poling. In the 91st minute Bartjan Parmentier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sébastien Marionneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartjan Parmentier scored 4-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sébastien Marionneau, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
