If Bernt Hellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Valery kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Kronan booed when MelissaMel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlinhos Pinho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anders Vennersten showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match Johan Grelsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlinhos Pinho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carlinhos Pinho was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Anders Vennersten capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anders Vennersten really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. In the 35th minute, Kronan's Konrad Tinglöv dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Clemente Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Harald Myr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Anders Vennersten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlinhos Pinho was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Bernt Hellkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kronan's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernt Hellkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlinhos Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anders Vennersten to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ruy Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Vennersten came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Hellkvist in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match Ola Nordin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlinhos Pinho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kronan's Jarl Lindström was substituted for Ola Nordin. When Kronan's Anders Vennersten in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MelissaMel's goalie prevented a goal. Kronan's Nils-Emil Österberg was substituted for Konrad Tinglöv. Kronan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patrik Arhenius in the 69th minute. 76 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Vennersten came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77thth minute of the game Anders Vennersten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MelissaMel's Carlinhos Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bernt Hellkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Carlinhos Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind MelissaMel's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Bernt Hellkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlinhos Pinho. MelissaMel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernt Hellkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 94 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Vennersten came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlinhos Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Nyman in the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute Bernt Hellkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlinhos Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens-Ola Samuelsson took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlinhos Pinho. Carlinhos Pinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Kronan's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
