With a little luck, MelissaMel's Carlinhos Pinho got control of the ball when Cam Bahč tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute of the match IFK Gladdarna got a corner. MelissaMel's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cam Bahč ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cam Bahč got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlinhos Pinho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 13 played minutes IFK Gladdarna got a freekick which was hit by Tuur Candries. When MelissaMel's Ruy Lara in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Gladdarna's goalie prevented a goal. Tuur Candries recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Candries came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes IFK Gladdarna got a freekick which was hit by Ulrik Nyman. Ruy Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Ekberg having to interfere. When Martin Sundin came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the IFK Gladdarna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Sundin couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the game, Ruy Lara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MelissaMel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Gladdarna the free kick. Ruy Lara hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Martin Sundin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlinhos Pinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Candries came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. IFK Gladdarna were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after MelissaMel's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cam Bahč took the corner. Kenneth Lööf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Carlinhos Pinho made a huge save. Snorre Snabb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Snorre Snabb came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 played minutes MelissaMel got a freekick which was hit by Noel Ortiz. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Tuur Candries got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Ruy Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruy Lara to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Tuur Candries hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Augusto Valery from long distance, 55 minutes into the match, got Kurt Ekberg's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Carlinhos Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Sundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ruy Lara was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. In the 60th minute, Ruy Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlinhos Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Sundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuur Candries in the 63rd minute of play forced MelissaMel's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MelissaMel's Carlinhos Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuur Candries in the 64th minute of play. Carlinhos Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Snorre Snabb in the 65th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tuur Candries in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlinhos Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Candries came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Tuur Candries had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlinhos Pinho. MelissaMel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tuur Candries was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Tuur Candries came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the IFK Gladdarna fans jumped to their feet. Carlinhos Pinho came out of the goal and Martin Sundin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Snorre Snabb in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Martin Sundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlinhos Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, MelissaMel's goal looked a bit too open when Cam Bahč came free, but Carlinhos Pinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cam Bahč in the 86th minute of play forced MelissaMel's goalkeeper Carlinhos Pinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Sundin in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlinhos Pinho saved MelissaMel from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Martin Sundin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlinhos Pinho was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Carlinhos Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Sundin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91stth minute of the game Tuur Candries who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MelissaMel's Carlinhos Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlinhos Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cam Bahč in the 94th minute of play. Snorre Snabb scored 4-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlinhos Pinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. IFK Gladdarna fully deserved thier win.
