Arthur Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luckas De Wortelaers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Flying Dutch's Tiago Correia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinaud De Schutter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After having played for 39 minutes, Tiago Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flying Dutch's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiago Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartjan Parmentier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Eurico Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luckas De Wortelaers in the 70th minute of play. José Vítor Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to Flying Dutch getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. José Vítor Rosado hit a great ball. Jonathan Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luckas De Wortelaers took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arthur Amorim. Arthur Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5.
