In the 7th minute, Adolf van Goetsenhoven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zacarias Laffitte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roben Bauweleers, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Zacarias Laffitte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartjan Parmentier in the 14th minute. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Brun in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roben Bauweleers got free with Zacarias Laffitte in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luckas De Wortelaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Zacarias Laffitte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Roben Bauweleers came free, but Zacarias Laffitte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Harkaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Bartjan Parmentier recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zacarias Laffitte. Bartjan Parmentier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Vinicio Muc kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Zacarias Laffitte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilian Weynants, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Gwenn Preuveneer charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwenn Preuveneer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gelp 22 booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwenn Preuveneer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roben Bauweleers in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zacarias Laffitte, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luka Dams got free with Zacarias Laffitte in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 42 minutes, Alonzo Firme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gelp 22 and the KFC Paal-Tervant players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 60th match minute, Gelp 22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Brun to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Luckas De Wortelaers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Zacarias Laffitte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Dams, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Gelp 22 defense, Luckas De Wortelaers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zacarias Laffitte. The Gelp 22 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zacarias Laffitte should have stopped the shot. After 85 minutes of play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Bartjan Parmentier made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zacarias Laffitte was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute, Roben Bauweleers made a precise shot to the right of Zacarias Laffitte. Gelp 22's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. 93 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Luckas De Wortelaers came free, but Zacarias Laffitte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97thth minute of the game Bartjan Parmentier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gelp 22's Zacarias Laffitte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KFC Paal-Tervant had played much better football throughout.
