In the 4th match minute, The Lycans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Hidalgo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Teofilo Salomon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Düsseldorf FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Salomon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Min Beltranilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Olivar in the 10th minute of play forced The Lycans FC's goalkeeper Min Beltranilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Karbowski in the 11th minute of play forced Düsseldorf FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 minutes of play, The Lycans FC's Radomir Karbowski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Feliciano Horado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th match minute, The Lycans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pieterjan Neef to maneuver through the defense. Arnaldo Rami hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Min Beltranilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Calvino in the 21st minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Düsseldorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pieterjan Neef came free, but Feliciano Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Rami hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Düsseldorf FC's Feliciano Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Karbowski in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Radomir Karbowski notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Düsseldorf FC's Feliciano Horado. Feliciano Horado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvaro Calvino to make the kick off. Feliciano Horado made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Pieterjan Neef sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind The Lycans FC's goalkeeper Min Beltranilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 61 minutes, Pieterjan Neef mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Lycans FC and the Düsseldorf FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, The Lycans FC's Pieterjan Neef got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Calvino in the 67th minute of play forced The Lycans FC's goalkeeper Min Beltranilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ziemowit Czerwinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliciano Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Hidalgo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The Lycans FC's Min Beltranilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Salomon in the 73rd minute of play. After 78 played minutes Düsseldorf FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Salomon. In the 79th minute Leo Hidalgo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Horado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radomir Karbowski in the 82nd minute. Humberto Egoi took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Min Beltranilla. Min Beltranilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Min Beltranilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Calvino in the 92nd minute of play. Düsseldorf FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
