FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Wawrzyniec Dzierwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Bezka in the 3rd minute of play. If Eugeniusz Cwojdak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timo Bezka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugeniusz Cwojdak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pekko Badla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Wiktor Bejrut struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Pekko Badla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Rogers Sosnowiec. Pekko Badla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Cestarolli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Alemannia Aachen defense, Patrick Cestarolli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pekko Badla. The Alemannia Aachen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pekko Badla should have stopped the shot. Patrick Cestarolli scored 3-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pekko Badla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Alemannia Aachen booed when FC Rogers Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Bejrut didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Wiktor Bejrut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pekko Badla. Alemannia Aachen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wiktor Bejrut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 40th minute, Patrick Cestarolli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Rogers Sosnowiec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Eugeniusz Cwojdak put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pekko Badla. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Timo Bezka was the one to do the kick off. If Patrick Cestarolli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wiktor Bejrut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Pekko Badla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Theo Nadolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Patrick Cestarolli managed to work through Alemannia Aachen's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Patrick Cestarolli dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrick Cestarolli in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pekko Badla saved Alemannia Aachen from getting behind. FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Wiktor Bejrut got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Cestarolli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pekko Badla having to interfere. The supporters of FC Rogers Sosnowiec booed when Alemannia Aachen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theo Nadolski didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Antoni Milko was substituted for Patrick Cestarolli. After 69 minutes, Antoni Milko made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Alemannia Aachen's Pekko Badla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pekko Badla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antoni Milko went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Pekko Badla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Bejrut, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Wawrzyniec Dzierwa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timo Bezka in the 85th minute of play. Pekko Badla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antoni Milko's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 91 played minutes Alemannia Aachen got a freekick which was hit by Julius Wegmann. Pekko Badla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiktor Bejrut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antoni Milko might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pekko Badla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antoni Milko ran back to his position shaking his head. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Rogers Sosnowiec fully deserved thier win.
