A well done corner resulted in Justin Groth drilling the ball in to score 2-0 behind Club Vertigo's goalkeeper. If Francisco Varallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Club Vertigo from getting a goal against them.
