After 10 minutes Wy-pas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Moussa Kabre who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Marquês de Herval getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Dorian Moraes hit a great ball. Dida Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roch Mazierski in the 19th minute of play. Hong Yi Jian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dida Taffarel having to make a save. 22 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Mazierski came free, but Dida Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Lukasz Jaszynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Mazierski in the 25th minute of play. In the 39th minute Roch Mazierski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes, Dorian Moraes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marquês de Herval and the Wy-pas players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Marquês de Herval getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Dorian Moraes hit a great ball. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when Wy-pas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lukasz Jaszynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Hong Yi Jian made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Lukasz Jaszynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Wy-pas defense, Dorian Moraes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincent Cielencki. The Wy-pas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wincent Cielencki should have stopped the shot. Alfredo Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leszek Kisiel hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Moussa Kabre sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wincent Cielencki skillfully saved the ball. Dida Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Jaszynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wincent Cielencki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Moraes in the 68th minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Dorian Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wy-pas's Wincent Cielencki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roch Mazierski got free with Dida Taffarel in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dida Taffarel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roch Mazierski went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Dida Taffarel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roch Mazierski in the 81st minute. If Dorian Moraes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wincent Cielencki came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins. But to his dismay, Alfredo Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Dida Taffarel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ace Ventura showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 89 minute of play. In the 94th minute Dorian Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Cielencki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
