João Adolfo Lago was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gustaw Brzonkala showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 16 minute of play. In the 95th minute, Ronaldão Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
