Claudinho Quadros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Hägglund having to interfere. Laerte Pereira's late challenge caught a Onsala Ass Kickers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laerte Pereira helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Flying Dutch got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Pereira. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Thomas Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Onsala Ass Kickers's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Petersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorginho Freitas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 23rd minute of the match Filip Valler shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorginho Freitas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Petersson in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorginho Freitas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudinho Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. In the 38th minute, Filip Valler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Olof Holmgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Petersson to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Onsala Ass Kickers's Alf Nyman got a free kick in the 58th minute. Diogo Ferreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudinho Quadros might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thomas Hägglund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudinho Quadros ran back to his position shaking his head. Jorginho Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Sjöberg in the 70th minute of the match. Jorginho Freitas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edwin Sjöberg's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Thomas Hägglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laerte Pereira in the 77th minute of play forced Onsala Ass Kickers's goalkeeper Thomas Hägglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Hägglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Quadros in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match Flying Dutch got a corner. Onsala Ass Kickers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diogo Ferreira ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Claudinho Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laerte Pereira was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
