When Szczepan Piczak fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RPF Grabarze Olesnica's protests and gave Szczepan Piczak a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes RPF Grabarze Olesnica got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Piczak. If Igor Dziedelonis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elliot Kinnman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Maksymilian Felenak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Gärsnäs BF's zone, Ebi Smolarek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Wall came out of the goal and Ebi Smolarek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maksymilian Felenak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikael Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rdth minute of the game Rickard Ugla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RPF Grabarze Olesnica's Maksymilian Felenak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gärsnäs BF's goalkeeper Joel Wall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gert Norström scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maksymilian Felenak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joel Wall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Dziedelonis's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. When Rickard Ugla came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Gärsnäs BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickard Ugla couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor Dziedelonis to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Gärsnäs BF's Rickard Ugla ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maksymilian Felenak. Maksymilian Felenak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 55th minute, Igor Dziedelonis made a precise shot to the right of Joel Wall. Gärsnäs BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After having played for 59 minutes, Olgierd Bochynski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olgierd Bochynski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mikael Arvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 63 minutes, Witalis Wyrostek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RPF Grabarze Olesnica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witalis Wyrostek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Witalis Wyrostek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Wall having to make a save. Olgierd Bochynski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Wall having to interfere. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Wall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gert Norström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maksymilian Felenak came out and tried to block the shot, but Gert Norström slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 77th minute. After 85 played minutes Gärsnäs BF got a freekick which was hit by Elliot Kinnman. 88 minutes into the match, Ebi Smolarek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joel Wall. Gärsnäs BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ebi Smolarek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. When Igor Dziedelonis fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RPF Grabarze Olesnica's protests and gave Igor Dziedelonis a yellow card for diving instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
