Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilmi Uyaralp in the 7th minute of play forced Janusze Futbolu's goalkeeper Peter-Michael Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Caniglia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute Janusze Futbolu were awarded a corner. Danny Carey went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Janusze Futbolu's corner Danny Carey fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy quite easily take care of the ball. Hilmi Uyaralp received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Peter-Michael Schmeichel came out and tried to block the shot, but Hilmi Uyaralp slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hilmi Uyaralp in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Caniglia in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, Janusze Futbolu's Claudio Caniglia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Caniglia in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güneş Süleyman in the 36th minute of play forced Janusze Futbolu's goalkeeper Peter-Michael Schmeichel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. booed when Janusze Futbolu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kapiton Bomba didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Hilmi Uyaralp tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 41 minutes into the match, Janusze Futbolu's goal looked a bit too open when Hilmi Uyaralp came free, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Hilmi Uyaralp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.

Claudio Caniglia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Caniglia might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudio Caniglia ran back to his position shaking his head. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Caniglia in the 55th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Claudio Caniglia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 played minutes Janusze Futbolu got a freekick which was hit by Çağdaş Quaresma. Peter-Michael Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Kemal Selman in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Claudio Caniglia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Caniglia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Janusze Futbolu's Peter-Michael Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Kemal Selman in the 79th minute of play. Peter-Michael Schmeichel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilmi Uyaralp went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. defense, Claudio Caniglia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. The Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Claudio Caniglia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Janusze Futbolu had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
