Jimeno Nevada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Kolba in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Salvadore got free with Rubinho Lago in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Grigoris Gavril shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Nevada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Rubinho Lago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Jan Sierocki rounded Callegari's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 31 minutes into the match, Callegari's goalkeeper Rubinho Lago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Sierocki. Rubinho Lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Rami, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. With a little luck, Callegari's Rubinho Lago got control of the ball when Gavino Rami tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Rubinho Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Rami in the 57th minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Club Atlético Magallanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Przemyslaw Niedziela to maneuver through the defense. Callegari made a substitution. But to his dismay, Taci Argün quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 91st minute Gavino Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubinho Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Magallanes were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Callegari for a fine match.
