Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fred Mendonça in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Dumitru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 86 minutes into the game, Fred Mendonça recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paul Dumitru. Fred Mendonça showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Hamburg City Vampires's Reinhard Borkmann got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fred Mendonça came free with the goalkeeper in the 97th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paul Dumitru could save by the left post. When the final whistle sounded Hamburg City Vampires left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rova Rosiori.
