In the 3rd minute, Amedeo Moriggi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paul Dumitru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 7th minute Grigore Jula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, 孟诚寒 made a precise shot to the right of Damiano Battisti. Eurospeed Asti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 孟诚寒's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damiano Battisti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Rova Rosiori got a freekick which was hit by Ştefan Aelenei. In the 22nd minute, Ştefan Aelenei fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 孟诚寒 in the 24th minute of play. After 28 played minutes Rova Rosiori got a freekick which was hit by Radu Mateescu. Sergiu Burdea hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rova Rosiori's Radu Mateescu got a free kick in the 35th minute. Paul Dumitru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Pinti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th match minute, Rova Rosiori was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Mateescu to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Paul Dumitru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 孟诚寒 in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damiano Battisti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eurospeed Asti's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
