Tasso FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hulk Paraíba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Başar Eyüpoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Urbano in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Tasso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hulk Paraíba came free, but Silverio Corderun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silverio Corderun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Edip Tunçsoy in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Diego Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute Hulk Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Corderun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silverio Corderun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hulk Paraíba in the 22nd minute of play. The Tasso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Corderun should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Tasso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bahtiyar Kamuran came free, but Silverio Corderun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Waldir Urbano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

But to his dismay, Waldir Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 64 played minutes Tasso FC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastián Coates. Silverio Corderun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Edip Tunçsoy in the 64th minute of the match.
