After some careless play in the Tasso FC defense, Matías Suárez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Corderun. The Tasso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Corderun should have stopped the shot. Waldir Urbano might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cássio Corinth. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waldir Urbano ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Urbano in the 30th minute of play forced C.A Gryffindor's goalkeeper Cássio Corinth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Wawrzyniec Poremba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The wind increased when Waldir Urbano made the kick off in the second half.
