Olívio Coutinho hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, New Loser FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Diogo Cordeiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliseu Negri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Eliseu Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Cordeiro in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeca Souto in the 15th minute of play forced New Loser FC's goalkeeper Eliseu Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diogo Cordeiro struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Eliseu Negri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Floresta Club U18. Eliseu Negri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovânio Albuquerque in the 28th minute of play forced New Loser FC's goalkeeper Eliseu Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agnaldo Vaz lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 31st minute, one of Floresta Club U18:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Floresta Club U18. Hudson de Souza had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Duarte Azevedo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Evaristo Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Sandrinho Xavier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hudson de Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cafu Tinoco to make the kick off. Evaristo Guimarães struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Hudson de Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New Loser FC. Cafu Tinoco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Britto in the 65th minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Hudson de Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilson Lopes during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wilson Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. New Loser FC were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Floresta Club U18's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Duarte Azevedo took the corner. Evaristo Guimarães was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Zeca Souto hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 82nd match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas de Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. Cássio Britto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 played minutes Floresta Club U18 got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Cordeiro. After a defensive mix-up in Floresta Club U18's zone, Duarte Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hudson de Souza came out of the goal and Duarte Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hudson de Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Britto, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Hudson de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Britto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the New Loser FC defense, Zeca Souto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseu Negri. The New Loser FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseu Negri should have stopped the shot. The New Loser FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Floresta Club U18 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
