In the 10th minute, Isaiás Millas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eliseu Negri. The goal made the score 1-1. The New Loser FC fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when New Loser FC's Cássio Britto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 17 minutes into the match, SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Britto came free, but Lorenzo Karmy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New Loser FC's Eliseu Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roldán Soriano in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, New Loser FC's Walmyr Porto got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Juan Portes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Loser FC's Eliseu Negri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Francisco Javier Echazarreta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Negri having to interfere. In the 40th minute of the match Walmyr Porto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lorenzo Karmy skillfully saved the ball. In the 44th minute Cássio Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Karmy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Javier Echazarreta to strike the kick off in the second half.
