Avel Vat's Yves Amet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Wasikowski in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léonard Beuve in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Krasnosielc's goalkeeper Andrzej Zdeb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Avel Vat were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Wasikowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonard Wasikowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonard Wasikowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yves Amet having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Kacper Mazurkiewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Krasnosielc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Avel Vat the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, FC Krasnosielc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Mazierz to maneuver through the defense. After 64 minutes, Ksawery Bator mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Krasnosielc and the Avel Vat players grew even worse after the yellow card. 65 minutes into the match, FC Krasnosielc's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Collinet came free, but Andrzej Zdeb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
