After 3 played minutes Avel Vat got a freekick which was hit by Léonard Beuve. Kennet Åhlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Nugues in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to IFK Kik getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Stig Vase hit a great ball. Léonard Beuve who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Kennet Åhlberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kennet Åhlberg didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 19th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. A hard shot 23 in the game by Léonard Beuve from a close distance when the talented Kennet Åhlberg managed to make a qualified save. IFK Kik's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léonard Beuve in the 24th minute of play forced IFK Kik's goalkeeper Kennet Åhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avel Vat were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after IFK Kik's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Léonard Beuve took the corner. Léonard Beuve made a great header on Avel Vat's corner, it was just that IFK Kik's Kennet Åhlberg managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in IFK Kik's zone, Marco Nugues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kennet Åhlberg came out of the goal and Marco Nugues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Mark Siggman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Nugues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kennet Åhlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Léonard Beuve's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After 47 minutes, Léonard Beuve made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. IFK Kik's Kennet Åhlberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Anders Jakobsson hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Avel Vat's Léonard Beuve got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the game, Avel Vat's Léonard Beuve nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kennet Åhlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 68th minute, Avel Vat's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Evert Lindberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jonas Planchon's late challenge caught a IFK Kik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Planchon helped the player get up and apologised. Nils-Åke Kruuses short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Philippe Barreau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kennet Åhlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léonard Beuve, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Nugues in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kennet Åhlberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Philippe Barreau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils-Åke Kruuse in the 83rd minute. Kennet Åhlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Léonard Beuve went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rayan Friess in the 88th minute of play forced IFK Kik's goalkeeper Kennet Åhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils-Åke Kruuse might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Philippe Barreau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nils-Åke Kruuse ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Avel Vat's Philippe Barreau got control of the ball when Nils-Åke Kruuse tried to sneak it across the goal line. Avel Vat's Philippe Barreau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Avel Vat from getting a goal against them. Rayan Friess charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rayan Friess the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Avel Vat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rayan Friess to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, IFK Kik's Nils-Åke Kruuse got a free kick in the 96th minute. Luc Botton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kennet Åhlberg having to interfere. Avel Vat's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
