The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Zero Hedge's Lukas Kråk got a free kick in the 6th minute. Jens-Ola Löv showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Jose María Muñoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th match minute, Zero Hedge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertil Åström to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Åström. In the 13th minute of the match Roldán Soriano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jens-Ola Löv skillfully saved the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Javier Echazarreta came free, but Jens-Ola Löv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Francisco Javier Echazarreta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens-Ola Löv. Zero Hedge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Javier Echazarreta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jens-Ola Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaiás Millas in the 27th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Francisco Javier Echazarreta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jens-Ola Löv was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 41 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Åström. Francisco Javier Echazarreta took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jens-Ola Löv. Jens-Ola Löv dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's zone, Alfred Österberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Jesus Heyboer came out of the goal and Alfred Österberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Javier Echazarreta to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Bertil Åström made a precise shot to the right of Juan Jesus Heyboer. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Juan Jesus Heyboer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Österberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfred Österberg struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Juan Jesus Heyboer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zero Hedge. Zero Hedge's Elias Carlsson was substituted for Valentin Lind. Juan Jesus Heyboer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Österberg in the 69th minute of play. Zero Hedge's Alfred Österberg got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 81 played minutes SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT got a freekick which was hit by Victor Hugo Marchena. Kristian Kvick was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jens-Ola Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaiás Millas in the 85th minute of play. Juan Jesus Heyboer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Österberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
