Zero Hedge's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Eleuterio Paredes scored to the left of an out of position Jens-Ola Löv, making the score, 1-0. Eustaquio Gil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jens-Ola Löv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Zero Hedge's zone, Domeka Alonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Löv came out of the goal and Domeka Alonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domeka Alonso was the one to do the kick off. Eleuterio Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertil Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jens-Ola Löv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 95 minutes, Åke Jansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zero Hedge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Åke Jansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
