When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Åke Jansson sped through CA Boca Jrs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ercole Ceresoli. 8 minutes into the game, Dani Python was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zero Hedge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CA Boca Jrs the free kick. Ercole Ceresoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Jansson in the 11th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, CA Boca Jrs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Costacurta to maneuver through the defense. Åke Jansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ercole Ceresoli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. If Åke Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Tozzi came free, but Wiktor Wallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Zero Hedge's Bertil Åström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ercole Ceresoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Åke Jansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ercole Ceresoli having to make a save. After 33 minutes of play, Zero Hedge's Bertil Åström made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ercole Ceresoli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47thth minute of the game Åke Jansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CA Boca Jrs's Ercole Ceresoli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Dennis Tozzi made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Melker Törnblom. Åke Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zero Hedge's Åke Jansson got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabrizio Costacurta kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Zero Hedge's Melker Törnblom got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Zero Hedge made a substitution. Rickard Viberg replaced Melker Törnblom. In the 64th match minute, Zero Hedge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melker Törnblom to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Zero Hedge getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Åke Jansson hit a great ball. Zero Hedge made a substitution. Gabriel Odeen replaced Åke Jansson. After 67 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Åke Jansson. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Odeen in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ercole Ceresoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Odeen in the 72nd minute of play forced CA Boca Jrs's goalkeeper Ercole Ceresoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Odeen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Ercole Ceresoli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the CA Boca Jrs defense, Gabriel Odeen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ercole Ceresoli. The CA Boca Jrs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ercole Ceresoli should have stopped the shot. Zero Hedge played a much better game than CA Boca Jrs and deserved their victory. The CA Boca Jrs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
