The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Prieto in the 4th minute of play forced KoLiber's goalkeeper Ksawery Kochowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyryl Kolbe charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cyryl Kolbe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Cyryl Kolbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes, Lope Reina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salud y República and the KoLiber players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lope Reina hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Alvino Galnares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladyslaw Ruzicki in the 14th minute of the match. Agamenón Ruiz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Ksawery Kochowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When KoLiber's Wladyslaw Ruzicki in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Higinio Prieto's late challenge caught a KoLiber's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Prieto helped the player get up and apologised. 36 minutes into the game, Salud y República's Agamenón Ruiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ksawery Kochowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Ksawery Kochowski made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Agamenón Ruiz sent off a good shot on target. A well-hit corner resulted in Rubén Abril heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Agamenón Ruizs short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Ksawery Kochowski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Adulfo Teresa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute Agamenón Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Kochowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match Salud y República got a corner. KoLiber's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Higinio Prieto ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 59th minute Wladyslaw Ruzicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvino Galnares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beniamin Juzda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Alvino Galnares made a huge save. A collision led to Salud y República getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Juan Dominguez hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, KoLiber's Wladyslaw Ruzicki tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ksawery Kochowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adulfo Teresa in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Cyryl Kolbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute, Agamenón Ruiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ksawery Kochowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of Salud y República booed when KoLiber was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milosz Wojtyna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ksawery Kochowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agamenón Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Teobald Kalinowski charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teobald Kalinowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 played minutes KoLiber got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Kalinowski. Salud y República's Higinio Prieto got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Adulfo Teresa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Ksawery Kochowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the match, KoLiber's goal looked a bit too open when Agamenón Ruiz came free, but Ksawery Kochowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ksawery Kochowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adulfo Teresa in the 92nd minute of play. Ksawery Kochowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agamenón Ruiz's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. After 96 minutes, Wladyslaw Wos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KoLiber and the Salud y República players grew even worse after the yellow card. KoLiber's Ksawery Kochowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agamenón Ruiz in the 97th minute of play.
