But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Hajder couldn't finish the play. Juan Jesus Heyboer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milosz Penkalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolek Ferfecki hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's goalkeeper Juan Jesus Heyboer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szczepan Walaszkiewicz during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Sosnowe Klimaty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szczepan Walaszkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Sosnowe Klimaty's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ondino Giron took the corner. The corner led to SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Francisco Javier Echazarreta getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Tolek Ferfecki got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Tolek Ferfecki hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Francisco Javier Echazarreta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Javier Echazarreta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Janusz Grabski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trond Traband in the 37th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Juan Jesus Heyboer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Hajder in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Witold Okropny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Javier Echazarreta's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Janusz Grabski firmly grabbed it by the left post. When SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT's Dante Gorostiaga in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 90 played minutes SHOOT SPEED KILL LIGHT got a freekick which was hit by Trond Traband. Tanek Dziatkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Juan Jesus Heyboer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
