After 15 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Cléberson Santana. Eliseu Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 22nd play minute Elias Damasceno came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alvino Galnares. 1-0. A hard shot 26 in the game by Elias Damasceno from a close distance when the talented Alvino Galnares managed to make a qualified save. Salud y República's players were relieved. In the 28th minute of the game Régis Vides made a throw-in which Sidnei Dionísio played forward. Alvino Galnares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Damasceno in the 29th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Elias Damasceno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alvino Galnares. Elias Damasceno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Salud y República's Higinio Prieto got a free kick in the 46th minute. Eliseu Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvino Galnares having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agamenón Ruiz to strike the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the game, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Agostinho Guedes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvino Galnares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. The 卡納里尼奧 FC fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when 卡納里尼奧 FC's Elias Damasceno looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 65th minute Elias Damasceno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvino Galnares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvino Galnares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Damasceno, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Armandinho Pombal was substituted for Régis Vides. In a very dangerous position, a player in Salud y República fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Eliseu Alagoano scored 9-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvino Galnares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Salud y República's Alvino Galnares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Damasceno in the 95th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Elias Damasceno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvino Galnares was relentless in the 98th minute of the game.
