With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Selatse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kajetan Gdowik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Vall having to interfere. Hampus Vall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Rizzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Hampus Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Emanuel Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute of the match BK Tåfjutt got a corner. Despidida AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kosmas Charalambakis ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on BK Tåfjutt's corner Kosmas Charalambakis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fernando Selatse quite easily take care of the ball. The throw-in from Isidro Urti in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Despidida AFC's Cain Velasquez. 40 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Magdziarz came free, but Fernando Selatse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Karol Magdziarz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Selatse was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

BK Tåfjutt's Ken Golang was substituted for Karol Magdziarz. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Feliksas Fenichev got a free kick in the 56th minute. Despidida AFC's Dinu Ivănescu was substituted for Ancho Branca. Despidida AFC's Emiliano Velasco was substituted for Alvaro Raymond. The supporters of BK Tåfjutt booed when Despidida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliksas Fenichev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute of the game Feliksas Fenichev made a throw-in which Emiliano Velasco played forward. After 80 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Feliksas Fenichev. A collision led to BK Tåfjutt getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Nildo Lendaa hit a great ball. Fernando Selatse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ken Golang went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute, Ken Golang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Tåfjutt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4.
