In the 3rd minute, Radomil Bielatowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute Radomil Bielatowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 高文川 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 高文川 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Bielatowicz in the 8th minute of play. Szymon Motyl got a throw-in 11 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gao Gang. 12 minutes into the match, Jardim América FC's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Bielatowicz came free, but 高文川 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witalis Chmielecki was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Enio Mangueira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enio Mangueira really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Rafinha Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 高文川 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Bielatowicz in the 22nd minute of play. Niek Wander took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 高文川. 高文川 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Aníbal Abraão's late challenge caught a MZKS Sharks Gdynia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aníbal Abraão helped the player get up and apologised. Aníbal Abraão hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After having played for 34 minutes, Niek Wander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MZKS Sharks Gdynia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niek Wander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 高文川 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gao Gang in the 36th minute of the match. MZKS Sharks Gdynia were furious when Szczepan Piwowarski was red carded, 43 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. With an all-out effort, Jardim América FC's Witalis Chmielecki threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rafinha Pontes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 高文川 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Bielatowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Jardim América FC's Téo Cruz got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafinha Pontes was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Jardim América FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Mangueira to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Anthony Lucentini managed to get in a good position for a shot. MZKS Sharks Gdynia's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Lucentini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 高文川 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthony Lucentini got free with 高文川 in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A nice corner shot did that Robert Olchawa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this 高文川 quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Radomil Bielatowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Witalis Chmielecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Mangueira in the 73rd minute of play. Richard Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Robert Olchawa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 76th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 高文川. Jardim América FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 79th minute, Richard Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur Rakiewicz hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Luís Fernando Rossi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Witalis Chmielecki skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Chicão de Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jardim América FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chicão de Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MZKS Sharks Gdynia were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
