In the 33rd minute Rafinha Pontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benne Verdonk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Rafinha Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Benne Verdonk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aníbal Abraão hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Vladas Bagdžiūnas's late challenge caught a Jardim América FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladas Bagdžiūnas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Vladas Bagdžiūnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafinha Pontes came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benne Verdonk could save by the left post. The Jardim América FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Nakties Klajūnai from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
