Aureliano Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Roldanillo in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Pagomari had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Gomez. Angastaco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edelmiro Pagomari was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ildefonso Pasqual was the one to do the kick off. Edelmiro Pagomari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Aureliano Gomez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucio Roldanillo took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliano Gomez. Aureliano Gomez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Phoenix Athletic's Lucio Roldanillo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Phoenix Athletic's Amancio Abreu pulled a muscle in his leg after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. During the 58th minute of the match Esteban Isauro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Esteban Isauro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 60th minute, Esteban Isauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aureliano Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Roldanillo in the 63rd minute of the match. After 64 minutes Angastaco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edelmiro Pagomari who took care of the corner kick. Angastaco FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 67 minutes into the match, Angastaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Pasqual came free, but Aureliano Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Lucio Roldanillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Athletic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Roldanillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute Ildefonso Pasqual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Gomez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th play minute Edelmiro Pagomari came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aureliano Gomez. 0-9. Ildefonso Pasqual's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Aureliano Gomez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 75 minutes into the match, Angastaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Pagomari came free, but Aureliano Gomez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Ildefonso Pasqual took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Aureliano Gomez to make any attempt to save it. Ettore Marcolongo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Edelmiro Pagomari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Aureliano Gomez made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Angastaco FC's Zacarias Cordarius got a free kick in the 87th minute. Edelmiro Pagomari, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edelmiro Pagomari got free with Aureliano Gomez in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Pasqual had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Gomez. In the 97thth minute of the game Ildefonso Pasqual who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Angastaco FC's Aureliano Gomez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded Phoenix Athletic left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Angastaco FC.
