Callegari's Cícero Branco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Callegari from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Callegari:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Csabagyöngye:s goal. Cícero Branco had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Zsombor Mester's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 28 played minutes Callegari got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Ferraz. Dino Gomes kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Zsombor Mester sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cícero Branco skillfully saved the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when István Kis put in a rough tackle. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Csabagyöngye! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 53rd match minute, Csabagyöngye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zsombor Mester to maneuver through the defense. Umberto Matos's late challenge caught a Csabagyöngye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Umberto Matos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Csabagyöngye booed when Callegari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umberto Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Callegari getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Gustavo Duarte hit a great ball. A hard shot 57 in the game by José Augusto Paulista from a close distance when the talented Attila Kardos managed to make a qualified save. Csabagyöngye's players were relieved. The crowd rose to their feet as Callegari's Gustavo Duarte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Attila Kardos. That made the score 0-3 after 59 minutes of play. Csabagyöngye's Attila Kardos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Faria in the 64th minute of play. Attila Kardos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wesley Faria in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Callegari's goal looked a bit too open when András Fábián came free, but Cícero Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wesley Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. István Zolnai kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Nándor Pécsi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Csabagyöngye's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nándor Pécsi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 94 played minutes Csabagyöngye got a freekick which was hit by Bálint Kerekes. Wesley Faria took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Attila Kardos. Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
