Dino Gomes's late challenge caught a Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dino Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Ernesto Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cícero Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedai İnanöz in the 22nd minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fedai İnanöz was the one to do the kick off. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Callegari reached it. After a rather tough play, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Eray Sefer got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Ernesto Meira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Şemsettin Tanaltay skillfully saved the ball. After 93 minutes of play, Callegari's Pedro Augusto de Godoi made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Şemsettin Tanaltay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Callegari's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
