The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Stelian Musta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Calistrat Romaşcanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oswaldo Breckenfeld went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gabriel Lira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Calistrat Romaşcanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, Florin Ţurcaş was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Callegari the free kick. Florin Ţurcaş hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Romos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Breckenfeld came free, but Calistrat Romaşcanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oswaldo Breckenfeld in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Calistrat Romaşcanu saved Romos FC from getting behind. In the 24thth minute of the game Oswaldo Breckenfeld who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romos FC's Calistrat Romaşcanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Calistrat Romaşcanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oswaldo Breckenfeld's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. If Pedro Augusto de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Florin Ţurcaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Callegari's Oswaldo Breckenfeld in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Romos FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 44 minutes of play, Callegari's Oswaldo Breckenfeld made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calistrat Romaşcanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Wesley Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Callegari's supporters rose to their feet, but Wesley Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calistrat Romaşcanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oswaldo Breckenfeld was the one to do the kick off. Calistrat Romaşcanu made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Oswaldo Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Oswaldo Breckenfeld sped through Romos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Calistrat Romaşcanu. 62 minutes into the match, Romos FC's goalkeeper Calistrat Romaşcanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oswaldo Breckenfeld. In the 62nd minute, Oswaldo Breckenfeld ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calistrat Romaşcanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Oswaldo Breckenfeld got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-5 in the right cross in the 65th match minute before Calistrat Romaşcanu had time to react. In the 68thth minute of the game Pedro Augusto de Godoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romos FC's Calistrat Romaşcanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Oswaldo Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 82nd minute, Pedro Augusto de Godoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calistrat Romaşcanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Calistrat Romaşcanu made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Oswaldo Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Augusto de Godoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Calistrat Romaşcanu made a huge save. Oswaldo Breckenfeld's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Calistrat Romaşcanu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Callegari's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
