But to his dismay, Zsombor Mester quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Attila Kardos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eray Sefer went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Fedai İnanöz notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Csabagyöngye's Attila Kardos. Attila Kardos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedai İnanöz in the 30th minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Attila Kardos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fedai İnanöz in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attila Kardos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Fedai İnanöz came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedai İnanöz couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the game, Ahmet Hayri Yanık cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Attila Kardos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Pekin Akdal hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Eray Sefer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Kardos. Csabagyöngye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eray Sefer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 47th minute, Csabagyöngye's Zsombor Mester dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Süreyya Kıvanç came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Attila Kardos could save by the left post. The supporters of Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ booed when Csabagyöngye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeromos Bártfai didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Eray Sefer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Attila Kardos. Attila Kardos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-7. Csabagyöngye's Attila Kardos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Csabagyöngye from getting a goal against them. Attila Kardos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedai İnanöz in the 77th minute of the match. Muharrem Baytekin hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Csabagyöngye's Attila Kardos got control of the ball when Eray Sefer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute, Fedai İnanöz made a precise shot to the right of Attila Kardos. Csabagyöngye's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-8. Attila Kardos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eray Sefer in the 95th minute of play. Eray Sefer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Attila Kardos firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
