The crowd rose to their feet as GTV Ostsee's Godfredo De la Torre slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gordon Horgan. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Karl Kugler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tahsin Atacan in the 14th minute of the match. If Hugo Emmel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tahsin Atacan in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Brion Murphy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karl Kugler. GTV Ostsee's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brion Murphy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to COPERNICUS TORUŃ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Shi Guo Hong hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, GTV Ostsee's Albrecht Bohnacker got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Olgun Oktay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Kugler was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. The wind increased when Hugo Emmel made the kick off in the second half. In the 67th minute Brion Murphy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olgun Oktay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Karl Kugler made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Hugo Emmel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gordon Horgan was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Ramon Kismi charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramon Kismi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, Ramon Kismi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save GTV Ostsee from getting a goal against them. COPERNICUS TORUŃ were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
