Sébastien Marionneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf King in the 8th minute of the match. Astral Roots Gdynia's Sébastien Marionneau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Astral Roots Gdynia from getting a goal against them. Sébastien Marionneau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Doicaru in the 12th minute. The supporters of Astral Roots Gdynia booed when Zgierskie Zlewy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hadi Özilhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zygmunt Moizuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sébastien Marionneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf King in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's goal looked a bit too open when Co Wielaert came free, but Karol Ruszkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Co Wielaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sébastien Marionneau came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru. But to his dismay, Robert Doicaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Enginalp Kayaalp hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Karol Ruszkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Co Wielaert in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hadi Özilhan in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sébastien Marionneau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sébastien Marionneau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hadi Özilhan in the 42nd minute of play. When Co Wielaert came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Astral Roots Gdynia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Co Wielaert couldn't finish the play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Doicaru in the 55th minute of play forced Astral Roots Gdynia's goalkeeper Sébastien Marionneau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Robert Doicaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Sébastien Marionneau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sébastien Marionneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hadi Özilhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Robert Doicaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sébastien Marionneau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Doicaru ran back to his position shaking his head. Sébastien Marionneau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Doicaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Astral Roots Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Rolf King came free, but Sébastien Marionneau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Marian Serwach fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Astral Roots Gdynia's protests and gave Marian Serwach a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Astral Roots Gdynia's Marian Serwach got a free kick in the 66th minute. Sébastien Marionneau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hadi Özilhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Rolf King hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astral Roots Gdynia made a substitution. Benedykt Jarosiewicz replaced Gustaw Tscherner. Zgierskie Zlewy's Krzysztof Petrasz was substituted for Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz. Zgierskie Zlewy's Dobromir Rukszcz was substituted for Norbert Podowski. Zgierskie Zlewy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aureliusz Kosakowski in the 81st minute. The corner led Zgierskie Zlewy's Barnaba Bazylnikov to fire away a dangerous shot which Sébastien Marionneau despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 83rd minute Hadi Özilhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sébastien Marionneau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Astral Roots Gdynia's Sébastien Marionneau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krzysztof Petrasz in the 92nd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zgierskie Zlewy had played much better football throughout.
