In the 4th minute, Benicio Rios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rich Durbridge, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 6th minute, Rich Durbridge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Csabagyöngye fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of GTV Ostsee booed when Csabagyöngye was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Róbert Dömötör didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Jens Håning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes GTV Ostsee got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Martins. GTV Ostsee's Karl Kugler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Fabelo in the 24th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Gergely Dobi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Júlio Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Csabagyöngye getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Gergely Dobi hit a great ball. 39 minutes into the game, Benicio Rios was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GTV Ostsee's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Csabagyöngye the free kick. After a rather tough play, GTV Ostsee's Benicio Rios got a free kick in the 39th minute. Csabagyöngye's Péter Mészáros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Martins in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, GTV Ostsee's Jens Håning dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Hugo Emmel made the kick off in the second half. GTV Ostsee's Hugo Emmel got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Péter Mészáros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Emmel in the 59th minute of the match. Ramon Kismi took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Péter Mészáros. Péter Mészáros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Csabagyöngye's Conrado Saraiva was substituted for Gabriel Fabelo. Csabagyöngye made a substitution. Gyula Németh replaced Gergely Dobi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rich Durbridge in the 68th minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Péter Mészáros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Håning, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute Conrado Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Kugler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rich Durbridge in the 75th minute. Rich Durbridge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Karl Kugler made a huge save. Péter Mészáros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Emmel in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Saraiva in the 87th minute of play forced GTV Ostsee's goalkeeper Karl Kugler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norbert Kiss received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl Kugler came out and tried to block the shot, but Norbert Kiss slotted it home off the left post making it 4-3 in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute, János Kovács hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Conrado Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Kugler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that 蒋坚荣's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl Kugler was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Many of Csabagyöngye's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Csabagyöngye may have spent more time on the ball, but GTV Ostsee were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
